To promote empowerment, self-sufficiency, and cultural awareness of the Nulhegan Band of the Abenaki, and the Abenaki people in general, through the establishment of culturally appropriate programs that enable students and community members to maintain and learn their heritage while taking full advantage of their future. To provide children and families of Orleans County with the tools to live in a culturally diverse community while addressing the socioeconomic issues that are present in a poverty and unemployment stricken region.
